Dr. Williams received his undergraduate degree at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa and went on to earn his Medical Degree from Temple University Medical School in 1971. He completed his Internship and Family Practice Residency Program at Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, Washington, in 1972.

Dr. Williams is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice. He is also ATLS, ACLS Certified and is an FAA-Medical Examiner.
