Christenson, Jennifer DO, FACS

Dr. Jennifer Christenson joined the Otolaryngology Department at NBMC in March, 2021 after practicing as a Head & Neck Surgeon in Orlando, Florida.  She is a board-certified Otolaryngologist a fellow of the American Head and Neck Society and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.  Dr. Christenson speaks Spanish fluently.

Dr. Christenson received a Bachelor of the Arts from the University of Michigan in 2007 where she focused on pre-med and Spanish literature. In 2012, she earned her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She went on to complete a General Surgery Internship at Vanderbilt University in 2013. She was named Chief Resident of her Residency Program at Detroit Medical Center, which she completed in 2017.  She also completed a Head and Neck Surgery and Microvascular Reconstruction Fellowship at Oregon Health Sciences University in 2018.

Dr. Christenson is married and says that she and her husband are so excited to join the community. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, camping, crafting, cooking and travel. She looks forward to getting to know each and every one of her patients and using her training to offer personalized ENT care.
