Shelly Prather, FNP-C joined the Internal Medicine Department at NBMC in August 2024. Shelly’s educational background began with an Associates Degree in Nursing from Central Oregon Community College. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walden University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management from Walden University. She earned a post-Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Graceland University.

In addition to being a primary care provider, Shelly has a special interest in functional medicine, rejuvenating therapies and weight loss.

In her spare time, Shelly enjoys traveling, farming, horses and watersports.
