March 16, 2018 The Anticoagulation Clinic provides education and monitoring services to people who have been prescribed a blood-thinning medication (e.g., Coumadin) after a heart procedure or irregularity. Our clinic is staffed by registered nurses with special training in managing anticoagulant therapy.
